Child & Adolescent Therapy
Growing up in today’s world—with the added pressures of social media and technology—can feel especially challenging. As a parent, navigating your child’s emotional needs and knowing how best to support them can sometimes feel overwhelming. I provide therapy for children and teens experiencing anxiety, depression, school or peer challenges, family transitions, or identity-related concerns. In our work together, I emphasize playfulness, offer psychoeducation around mental health, and integrate mindfulness and other strategies to help young people build emotional regulation, resilience, and self-confidence.
